Week 10 Day 2

Workout:

1. 1x2 front squat @ 83%

2. 5x1 tennis ball dunks

3. 5x3 Bench Press (first time I have bench pressed in a year)

4. 3x 10 Knees to Elbows+ 30 sec L-sit

2x 1min Plank (front, left, right) + 45 sec hollow hold
