Week 8 Day 5

Workout:

1. Clean and Jerk- 2x1 @92%

2. Clean Pulls- 3x3 105% of max clean and jerk

3. Clean Deadlifts- 3x3 110% of max clean and jerk

4. 2x 30 second L-sit+ 1 minute Planks (front and both sides)+ 45 second Hollow Hold

  1. For anyone who is interested these are the weights that I used for the workout today:

    1. C+J- 100kg...110kg(cleaned it, but failed on the Jerk)

    2. Clean Pulls- 115kg for all three sets

    3. Clean Deadlift- 120kg for all three sets
