Workout:

1. Snatch- 1x1 @ 94%

2. Clean and Jerk- 1x1 @ 94%

3. 2x 12 Back Extensions+ 12 GHD sit-ups (with a 20lb weight vest)

2x 25 Back Extensions+ 25 GHD sit-ups
