Workout#1:

1. 5x2 Snatch

2. 3x5 Weighted Ring Push-ups

3. 5x5 Straight Body Lifts

Workout #2 Basketball Shooting Workout:

1. 350 shots w/ intermittent conditioning

2. Championship sprints x3 for conditioning
