Workout #1:

1. 25 GHD Sit-ups+ 10 Reverse Hypers

2. 5x2 Deadlift

3. 30 Rim Grabs/ Dunk Attempts

Workout #2:

1. Shooting: 100 Three Pointers

2. 3 on 3 full court pick-up basketball (about 45 minutes)
