Week 7 Day 2

Workout:

1.Standing Backboard slaps- 3x3

2.Tennis Ball dunks with running start- 3x3

3.Depth Jump to rim grab- 3x3

4.Standing Backboard slap with 20lb weight vest- 3x3

5.Consecutive low hurdles- 3x3

6. Sprints- 100 yards x4; 50 yards x4; 25 yards x4
